The Sudd Swamp is a home to many species of animals, birds and fish. This tour offers an opportunity to visit the fishing villages where you will watch birds and fish. The tour will begin in Bor Town located 3 hours North of Juba and you will spend the next three days exploring the swamp. During the night, you will camp in some of the islands in the swamp and take a boat ride each morning to explore the different tribes

Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Juba and Drive to Bor Town.
Pickup from the airport will be at 10am where the guide will drive to Bor town, a trip that will take roughly 3hours. Once you arrive you will stop for refreshments in one of the hotels before you finally go to the camping island via boats
Day 2 - Fishing and Bird watching.
Breakfast will be done early before 6 am, due to the full day packed with activities. After breakfast, you will all go back to the boats for a fishing excursion for most part of the day. Packed lunch will be provided during this tour. Later in the evening, you will go back to the island where you can watch birds nesting as the sun goes down
Day 3 - Visiting Fishing villages
Similar to the previous day, the day will begin early and the trip to new fishing grounds will begin at 6 am. The fishing will take place along the River Nile giving you a chance to spend the afternoon spotting the hippos, crocs and different bird species.
Day 4 - Drive back to Juba
You will be expected to be ready and packed to leave the camp by 9 am. You will have a boat ride back to Bor town where the guide will then drive back to Juba after having a quick lunch. Here you will rest in one of the hotels, and explore Juba till later in the evening
Day 5 - Fly Home
You will get a drive to the airport ready to fly home
